JUSTIN TAUBER

Co-Founder

Justin is co-founder of Everdune Capital along with Dennis Caudill. As a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a BS in Finance and Accounting, he has been heavily involved in financial markets and investing in real estate. Justin lived in Chicago for 15 years upon graduation and worked for a proprietary trading firm called Gelber Group. During his tenure there, he was responsible for trading treasury bonds and foreign currencies at the Chicago Board of Trade.

DENNIS CAUDILL

Co-Founder

Dennis is a co-founder of Everdune Capital along with Justin Tauber. As a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, he has over 25 years of experience in real estate.. He has spent the last 15 years at Redkey Commercial as their commercial group director.
Dennis is extremely familiar with all types of commercial properties, investment analysis and property selection for investors, along with commercial building and development. Dennis is highly regarded in this field and a trusted advisor in the business community. His great insight, sound business decision-making skills, strategic planning and financial guidance are not only an asset to Everdune Capital but also to the local business community he serves.
